Wyoming - Grand Teton National Park

Angee, Matt and I visited the Grand Teton National Park. We drove in from the south, after having stayed at the Hostel in Jackson Hole at the ski hill. Once we got inside the park, we noticed a bunch of cars to the side of the road, and VOILA!!! I saw my first BEAR in the wild! He was lumbering around, and the people were out of their cars trying to get a photo of him (me included). Noone was being stupid and getting close, but there was a ranger nearby making SURE noone did. Very cool!. We went from there to the absolutely GORGEOUS visitor center. This building is beautiful! At the visitor center, we bought bear spray, and watched a momma moose and her baby hanging out.

We picked a hike near the south end of the park - the Taggart Lake Hike. It was nice! We walked along, sortof following a river, then got to Taggart Lake and hung out for a bit there before heading back. It was breathtakingly beautiful!
